Terms & Conditions:

Prize Values: Prize values are based upon recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST) and all references to currency is in Australian dollars. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash and no prize is transferable.  Fraser Coast Hospice accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.

Collection of tickets when purchased online: Tickets can be purchased online, but they must be picked up within two months of purchase, or they will be discarded.

Proof of Purchase: A valid raffle ticket is required to claim any prize, so please keep your purchase confirmation or ticket number safe.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by phone, email, or both. If a winner cannot be reached within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7-14 days), an alternate winner may be drawn or the prize may be forfeited.

Uncollected Prizes: If a prize is unclaimed after two months, the organization reserves the right to donate the prize to charity or offer it in a future raffle.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Communication of other Fraser Coast Hospice offers and events via email if the box is ticked on the ticket

Processing and recording ticket orders
